I’ll be honest with you, I was a bit nervous about paying a deposit over the phone without seeing the car, and hopping on the train in Milton Keynes going all the way up north, hoping the car is in good shape (as described). Normally, I would never do this, but having read all 5 star reviews, I was a bit reassured. Also, the warranty on the car.

When I arrived I was surprised how well established the dealership was, and the office was very organised and neat. It kind of shows you already that they have high standards.

I was offered coffee (a very nice one) and given plenty of time to check out the car, test drive etc. The car looked exactly as in the photos or described (actually even better on the spot).
The guys were super kind and helpful. PPWK was done in 30min and off on my 3.5 hour drive back home.
The Mercedes drove absolutely amazing. No faults, shakes or noises.

I have dealt with sahd the owner for over 6 years bought my first car for my son when he passed his test, my son had it for 4years and got a great trade in price when he sold it. I have since had 5 other vehicles for my family and never had an issue with any of them,and when one developed a slight fault it was sorted with no issues.
